Part A — Full Liability Waiver

1. Parties to this Agreement. This Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Deep South Wrestling and Half Fast Productions, their respective owners, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, sponsors, and venue partners (collectively, "the Organizations").

2. Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks. Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in professional wrestling events and related activities — including training, wrestling, ring setup, production, and travel — involves inherent risks of serious injury or death. These include, but are not limited to: physical impact with other participants, the ring, or floor; falls; equipment failure; and environmental hazards. Participant acknowledges they are in proper physical condition to participate and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

3. Full Release of Liability. To the extent permitted by the laws of the State of Georgia, Participant hereby knowingly and voluntarily releases, waives, and forever discharges the Organizations from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of ordinary negligence, including but not limited to claims related to premises conditions, equipment, or the actions of other participants.

4. Indemnification. Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizations from and against any and all loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to Participant's presence or participation.

5. Medical Responsibility & Insurance. Participant acknowledges that the Organizations provide no medical insurance or workers' compensation coverage. Participant assumes full financial responsibility for any and all medical care or emergency treatment required as a result of participation.

6. NIL Ownership & Media Release. Participant grants the Organizations the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide right to record, film, and photograph Participant's name, image, likeness (NIL), voice, and performance. The Organizations shall be the sole and exclusive owners of all results and proceeds of such recordings (the "Content"). Organizations may use, edit, broadcast, and license the Content for any commercial, marketing, or entertainment purpose in any media now known or hereafter devised without compensation or further notification to the Participant.

Part B — Participant Agreement

1. Safety & Conduct. Participant agrees to follow all safety directions and instructions from event leadership and production staff. Participant agrees to use all equipment and facilities only as intended and directed. The Organizations reserve the right to remove any participant for conduct violations or safety concerns without notice or liability.

2. Independent Status. Participant acknowledges that participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.

3. Governing Law. This entire packet is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in full effect. This is the complete understanding between you and the Organizations.
